Anel Espinoza, brings a wealth of experience and passion to her work as Program Manager in San Quintín. Originally from Culiacán, Sinaloa, she has called San Quintín, Baja California, home for the past 45 years.
Holding a Law Degree, Anel boasts a distinguished career in the government sector, having served both San Quintín and the State of Baja California. Throughout her journey, she has focused on implementing and managing programs that uplift the quality of life in vulnerable communities.
In her current role, Anel’s work will continue to focus on providing humanitarian aid and supporting migrant and under-resourced communities in San Quintín and empowering them to become active agents in their own development.
Beyond her professional life, Anel enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as exploring the magical towns of Mexico, learning about their culture and traditions.
