We ship millions of dollars’ worth of medicines each year to hospitals and clinics that serve the poor. So many children live in countries which lack basic medicines essential to their health -- items such as vitamins, antibiotics, and vaccines – easy to get here in the U.S. but so scarce in their own country. For every dollar donated, we can obtain at least $50 worth of lifesaving medicines.
IRT provides essential medicines to vulnerable and disadvantaged populations for a fraction of their cost. $1 enables IRT to procure $50-100 worth of medicines to fight disease and improve the health of communities.
