The people of Pakistan desperately need our help. Following unprecedented monsoon rains for the past three months, devastating flash floods have washed away roads, crops,infrastructure, bridges, and homes. The heavy rainfall, floods, and land slideshave affected over 3 million people and at least 1,500 people have died in recent weeks. Nearly half a million people are displaced by the record-breaking floods.

One million houses are damaged or destroyed and over 2 million acres of crops have been wiped out, leaving the survivors without shelter or food.International Relief Teams is determined to help as many people in Pakistan as possible through urgently needed food, nutrition, multi-purpose cash, safewater, improved sanitation and hygiene, and shelter assistance.
