The supplies were distributed to three main hospitals in Idlib province, the last area held by the rebels inside Syria, where fighting continues on a daily basis. The supplies came in a very dire, but appropriate time. There has been an intensification in bombings in the province since last April and a significant increase in fighting by the regime and Russia since mid-December--hundreds of thousands have been displaced over the last month. Displacement camps, schools, White Helmets, agricultural fields, and hospitals have all been targeted.
