Sudan

The conflict in Sudan has upended daily life for millions of people. Families have been forced to flee their homes with nothing, seeking safety wherever they can. Many arrive in overcrowded communities already stretched thin, where food, clean water, and medicine are scarce.

Health Services

International Relief Teams supports emergency health interventions in crisis zones where medical infrastructure has collapsed. This includes providing mosquito nets to prevent the spread of malaria and supporting health efforts that protect displaced families and host communities during emergencies.

Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH)

WASH initiatives aim to restore and maintain access to clean water and safe sanitation. Projects include repairing wells and water systems, rebuilding latrines, and distributing hygiene kits. Community-based education campaigns also promote healthy hygiene practices and help prevent the spread of waterborne illnesses like cholera, fostering long-term resilience in affected areas.

Food

To fight hunger and malnutrition, International Relief Teams along with it’s partners are distributing rice, lentils and hot meals to vulnerable families. These meals provide balanced nutrition for children, women, and the elderly—helping families survive in the midst of crisis.
