Operations Coordinator

Most administrative jobs are about keeping an office organized. This one helps keep humanitarian work moving.

At International Relief Teams, every meal delivered, every home built, every volunteer welcomed, every disaster response, and every humanitarian program depends on hundreds of small details happening behind the scenes. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating order from complexity. Someone who loves checklists. Someone who notices when something has been forgotten

Development Director

Help more people say “yes” to changing lives.

This isn’t a role where you’ll inherit a large fundraising department and simply keep everything running. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of an organization with a strong reputation, an engaged Board of Directors, healthy financial reserves, and tremendous room for growth.

You’ll work directly alongside our CEO to build the next generation of fundraising at International Relief Teams. Together, you’ll strengthen relationships with current supporters, cultivate new major donors, expand corporate partnerships, grow foundation funding, elevate our community presence, and inspire more people to become part of our mission.

If you’ve ever wanted the opportunity to leave your fingerprint on an organization—not just manage one—this is that opportunity.

Marketing & Communications Manager

Help More People Experience Humanity in Action.
Most marketing jobs ask you to promote an organization.
This one asks you to inspire people to become part of something bigger than themselves.

At International Relief Teams, we believe the best humanitarian work doesn’t just transform the lives of the people we serve—it transforms the people who serve alongside us.
We’re looking for a storyteller.
A strategist.
A creative problem solver.
Someone who understands that great marketing isn’t about broadcasting information—it’s about inviting people into a meaningful experience.

You’ll help people discover opportunities to volunteer, donate, partner, advocate, and experience humanitarian work firsthand.
Every story you tell. Every webpage you create. Every email you send. Every campaign you launch. Should leave someone thinking: “I want to be part of this.”
