Gabriel Soria Cuevas is Program Manager at International Relief Teams in San Quintín, Baja California, Mexico, and as such is responsible for the different projects that IRT is developing in San Quintin.
Gabriel has been a volunteer with International Relief Teams since 1991, coordinating several relief projects for families and schools in San Quintín. He is a lawyer by profession and worked for 29 years for the government of Baja California as a legal adviser. He has directed civil associations and has coordinated working groups with local nonprofits, universities, as well as, business and community leaders.
