Project "Healthy Baby" - Saving Newborn Babies

Each day, thousands of babies throughout the developing world needlessly die within hours or days of their birth because their caregivers lack the knowledge and skills to provide them with timely and effective medical assistance.

Through IRT's Project "Healthy Baby", many newborn babies in developing countries are now being saved.

IRT is providing critically needed training to practitioners in developing nations who care for newborns. IRT trainers help develop self-sustaining instructor groups made up of dedicated local practitioners who regularly train others in their region who care for newborns. Through this ongoing training, each practitioner's knowledge and skills are improved and increased, and babies are saved!

The life of every baby is precious, and the infants we save today are the hope of the developing regions we serve. You can help secure their future. Please click here to support Project "Healthy Baby".
